“Life is a journey with a problem to solve, lesson to learn, but most of all experience to enjoy”. Truly indeed, your experiences will be your best teacher.

My journey to PNHS is quite difficult and very challenging. It brought many changes to my personality but give me many realization about teaching profession. There are times I keep on asking “why teaching?” and  feel sorry for myself because I choose teaching as my mission, but one thing is for sure “ I love to inspire people and see them growing up”.

What kind of life I have today is because God plan it to happen this way. Everything happen for a reason. I may be experiencing difficulties in life but I believe that God always at my side, guide me and prepare me for a better someday.

Throughout my stay in PNHS I can only count the days that I enjoy teaching not because I don’t love teaching but as my personal problem arises it is very difficult to focus and enjoy what I am doing. During my off- campus teaching I really have big problem in financial aspect. Honestly speaking I am not satisfied with my performance during my off- campus teaching. I always had an average grade and I know to myself that it is not yet my best. I can do more, but in some instances it is very difficult in my part to focus on things and impress people. During practicum, I see teaching as a burden, a responsibility and a requirement and we don’t have any choice but to accomplished those things.

“Every problem has a solution” that’s why despite of all the sacrifice, challenges and hardships during off- campus teaching I never give up and l successfully finish my off- campus teaching and dedicate it to my mom. My mother is very eager to finish my studies that’s why despite of those difficulties I kept on fighting, never give up and do anything just to make my mom happy. I am not a perfect child but I promise to be a good daughter. I really love my family especially my mom. Without the help of my family, who really inspire me to pursue my dreams I know it would be very difficult for me to live in this world, so, I am nothing without them.  In times that I feel hopeless I always remember that I have my God who knows the intentions of my heart and never stop loving me.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Ma’am Marietta Terillano, who happen to be our coordinator which is very supportive, to my lovely CT ma’am Che and to my grade 8 students. These people will always be a part of my history and I will always treasure the moments I spend with them.

- The best thing about believing in God is not the blessing, but the peaceful feeling of knowing that everything will be okay with him.-

Thank you Lord for guiding me throughout my journey <3
