Greetings of peace!

 

On behalf of my colleagues in Pamplona National High School, we would like to extend our thanks to the College of Development Education of CBSUA for giving us the trust to be choosen as one of the cooperating schools of your college to serve as a training ground for these young and brilliant practice teachers of yours.

 

 I hope that the experiences that these teachers-to-be yield in our school will help them a lot in the real world of teaching. I also wish all of them to take and pass the exam.

PRAYER

     This off-campus teaching ePortfolio highlights the accomplishments we had: the description of the school where it includes the map of the town the school is located, the school PVMGO, organizational structure, policies, rules and regulations of the school and the list of available equipments, the reflections about the personal experiences during the practice teaching the documents, documentations on lesson plans and instructional materials, observation sheets, evidence of classroom management, evidence of evaluating students performance and evidences for final demo and extension activities.

INTRODUCTION

     Practice teaching, as beginners, is really hard. Therefore, enough assistance would be required before we could be able to stand on our own as practice teachers.

 

     With this, we would like to extend our deepest thanks and heart felt gratitude to Pamplona National High School which served as our training ground especially to Mr. Venancio C. Pimentel, the principal, and Mrs. Marietta B. Terilliano, the head teacher, for assisting us with the problems we've encountered, for monitoring and helping us achieve the goals of practice teaching.

 

     Of course, all these would not have been possible without the help of our practice teachers. So, we would like to give our deepest thanks to the cooperating teachers: Mrs. Ma. Cecilia B. Nicolasora, Ms. Raquel P. Boregas, Mrs. Erlinda Matotes and Ms. Juliefer Fernan who had willingly imported their knowledge and expertise in the field of teaching and for contributing in our growth and development as practice teachers and to the whole faculty and staff of Pamplona National High School.

 

     Lastly, to God who helped us overcome the fears and triumph over the difficulties, struggles and hardships that we had during the period of the practice teaching.

     We believe that being great, knowledgeable and expert in every field such as teaching begins through putting it to practice coupled with dedication, passion, strength and fierce to face the hardships we know, as aspiring to be teachers, await us. Teaching is more than a profession nor a vacation. It even requires or demands extra time and effort and sacrifices. But most importantly at the end of the day, we were able to touch the lives of our students. That, we aim the most of it, not only attaining what is supposed to be attained in a day but also, let it serve as a lifetime value we can give to other students. And it all begins, perhaps, with practice teaching.

 

     This portfolio is all about the things we have done is practice teachers that tested us how far do we know about teaching and how were we able to apply the things we've learned in school. This highlights the school descriptions, reflections, documents and documentation of our routine  and of course the extension activities.

 

     This is initiated by the College of Development Education of CBSUA that is an electronic based portfolio through the access of the internet via website towards globalization.
